Review of Udi’s Gluten Free frozen Chicken Alfredo and Florentine – No Allergen Food

Gluten Free, contains milk, egg and chicken ingredients

This comes in a large sealed plastic bag.  It is very easy to cook in either a covered microwave container or on a stovetop in a 12 inch skillet with a lid. In the microwave you just zap it for a bit in a covered container, stir once, zap for a little longer stir and serve. The results are something that would be quite satisfactory if served in a restaurant.

Locally the cost of the package runs from 8 to 10 dollars in a grocery store.   This is available at the local Safeway, Walmart, and sometimes at Target.

Other Udi packages in the same format are available in stores but I will not be able to review them because they contain carrots and I have an allergy to that ingredient.  Submissions of reviews by people who are not allergic to carrots will be welcomed.
