Review of Freschetta Gluten Free Pepperoni Frozen Pizza – No Allergen Food
This is what I have been waiting for in a frozen pizza. As easy to cook as any frozen pizza. They recommend that you bake it on a pizza pan instead of directly on the rack.
It is a normal sized pizza so you can share it. The crust is thin crust and seems to be sensitive to cooking time. I baked mine to the middle of the recommended cooking time on a dark non-stick pan and it was slightly burnt on the edges. It is a little better for me at the minimum cooking time.
It is a little hard to find in the stores. I found it in the freezer section at my local Safeway chain store right in among the normal frozen pizzas. There is now a single serving version available at times.

Note that the site has a product finder feature that does not work. It would indicate that no stores within 50 miles that sell any Freschetta Pizza. Most large grocery stores here sell the wheat containing versions.
They also had a four cheese version that seems to be vegetarian. Not vegan because it contains cheese. The ingredients contain the words “natural flavor” Ingredients are listed here: https://www.freschetta.com/products/gluten-free/gluten-free-4-cheese.htm
If these pizzas did not have palm oil in them we would be using this as our only frozen pizza brand.
People who have access to Schwan’s can get a version of this pizza from them.
