pacific_condensed_soupsVery good flavor.  I use these as a replacement for canned soup in recipes.  If made as standalone soup, they would be helped by adding more chicken or mushrooms.

Most condensed soups use wheat as a thickener.  These do not.  They are somewhat more expensive than the canned soups but without the wheat, and “natural and artificial flavors.”  If you want just soup mix them with equal quantities of milk or water and heat up.  The product is thicker and more flavorful than most canned condensed soups.

Available in better grocery stores and organic grocery stores near the other soups.  Perhaps because the gluten free label is on the back I have not found them in the gluten free sections.
