These are good for traveling. If you have access to a microwave while traveling, disposable microwaveable bowls and a spoon you can make gluten free oatmeal in your room. What is clever and new is that the packets with the oatmeal mix in them have a fill to mark for measuring the milk/water.
If you have a mild gluten allergy like myself you may get away with oatmeal that does not have any wheat on the label but if not certified as gluten free the Oats are likely to be contaminated with wheat.
There are a couple of problems with this product. The envelopes are difficult to use measure milk into. You really need three hands. Two to hold the envelope open and one hand to pour the milk. With a faucet it would not be a problem.
The second issue is when made according to the directions, it is much thinner than I like my oatmeal.
