Gluten Free Microwave Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe – No Allergen Food

Easy to make in the microwave.  For tools,  requires only a can opener, spoon, Large microwave safe bowl, serving utensils and bowls. Oh and of course a microwave oven.

Contains Milk and Meat (Chicken)

12 ounce box of Pacific Organic Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup

12 fluid ounces (1.5 cups) milk.

8 ounces fresh sliced button mushrooms (one standard supermarket box)*

5 ounce can of chicken breast meat chunks (the can is about the size of a can of tuna)

Pepper to taste

* Some people may like the cooked taste of canned mushrooms better that fresh.

Open the condensed soup and put in to a large microwaveable bowl.   Add the milk and stir.  Drain the chicken breast pieces.  Then add both them and the mushrooms to the bowl.

Microwave for two minutes.  Stir.   Repeat until the soup is quite hot or boiling

Sprinkle with pepper to taste and serve when it is cool enough.
